Appointment Announcement: Phil Canale joins as Head of Workplace Wellbeing

We are delighted to announce that Phil Canale has joined the MindForward Alliance team as Head of Workplace Wellbeing.

In this role, Phil will bring his significant commercial and workplace mental health experience to lead the membership programme, working closely with member businesses and providing expert support and consultancy, including the oversight and delivery of the annual Thriving at Work Assessment .

Phil has over 30 years of experience working in financial services, including senior roles at NatWest, Barclays, HBOS, and most recently at BNY, in the International Management Team.

Through his career, Phil has actively championed workplace mental health and inclusion. At BNY, he co-led the HEART employee resource group, the bank’s diverse abilities network, globally, leading it to win multiple awards. He is also the Chair of the Lord Mayor’s Appeal This is Me Programme SteerCo.
