This year’s entries showcase the breadth and ambition of the work taking place, from innovative grassroots initiatives to organisation-wide and global strategies. Spanning global programmes as well as work across the UK, India, the Middle East, Singapore and beyond, the shortlist reflects a growing movement to make mentally healthy workplaces the standard, not the exception.
Every entry was assessed against the same criteria by an independent panel of judges, with decisions based on the evidence submitted. In several categories, the scores were exceptionally close, prompting some fascinating discussions and making for a lively and thoughtful judging process.
Our thanks go to this year's judging panel, chaired by Poppy Jaman:
- Poppy Jaman OBE , Chair — Non-Executive Director, MindForward Alliance
- Michael Cole-Fontayn , Chair, Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI)
- Kevin Crombie , Chief Legal Officer, TAQA Transmission
