“Completing the Thriving at Work Assessment brings us with the opportunity to reflect on all the work we have done in workplace mental wellbeing over the past year, and check whether we are still in line with recommended best practice. The follow up report and consultancy also identifies whether there are any gaps in our workplace mental wellbeing strategy and suggestions for action, which informs our work for the year ahead.”
