Welcome to the Global Thriving at Work Awards 2025
These Awards honour the visionaries and trailblazers who are setting new benchmarks in workplace mental wellbeing. Your dedication to fostering inclusive, innovative, and supportive environments is lighting the way towards a future where every individual can thrive.
Winners will be announced at our Global Annual Celebration on Thursday 13th November at Clifford Chance, London. All members are invited to attend.

Award Categories
There are seven award categories - two awards recognising the achievements of individuals in the field of wellbeing and five awards recognising teams or organisations.
The criteria for each category are aligned to the MindForward Alliance Thriving at Work Framework. For your submission, you will be asked to provide a brief overview of your initiative, followed by questions relating to the judging criteria. The overview has a maximum word count of 250 words and the questions have a maximum word count of 200 words for each answer.

Entry Requirements / Process
Entry requirements
- Entries will open on Wednesday 30th April 2025 and will close on Monday 30th June 2025 at 17.00 BST. Entries must be received during this time period and by the closing date.
- Entries are open to global MindForward Alliance members and members of MindForward Alliance Singapore and MindAlliance Portugal. We regret that members of CMHA Hong Kong and CMHAA are not eligible to enter.
- Members may submit multiple entries and enter as many categories as they wish.
- Entries must be submitted via our online entry system.
- Any answers that go over the word count will only be judged up to the word count stated - anything extra will be discounted.
By entering
- You give permission for us to use your name/business name in our public communications if shortlisted and/or win an award. Communications include, but are not limited to website posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
- You agree to be featured in a written case study if you win an award (with content subject to review and sign-off by you).
- You agree to attend the awards ceremony in person if shortlisted; or, if not possible, to send a delegate to collect the award on your behalf and a video acceptance.
Process
- Entries must be submitted via the individual links on the Awards Category pages.
- For your submission, you will be asked to provide a brief overview of your initiative, followed by questions relating to the judging criteria.
- The overview has a maximum word count of 250 words and the questions have a maximum word count for each answer. Please adhere to the word count.
- We recommend that you complete your answers in a separate document, before inputting them into the submission form.
- Entries will close on Monday 30th June at 17.00 BST.
- A global judging panel will review all entries, and the shortlist will be announced mid-September. All entrants will be notified of the outcome.
- Winners will be announced at our Global Thriving at Work Annual Celebration on Thursday 13th November at Clifford Chance, London. All members and entrants are invited to attend.
FAQS
Can I enter more than once?
Yes. You may submit multiple entries and can enter as many categories as you wish.
These are global awards – does my entry need to have a global remit?
No. Entries can be for local, regional, or global initiatives and efforts. We want to celebrate best practice from global strategies to individual endeavours.
Can I enter as a team?
Yes. You can enter as a team or as an individual EXCEPT for the Trailblazer in Workplace Wellbeing and Inspirational Leadership Awards, which recognise individuals only.
Do I have to be a Member Lead to enter? Which individuals from my organisation are eligible to enter?
Anyone from a member organisation can submit an entry.
Can I nominate someone else for an award?
Yes, you can nominate another team or individual for an award to recognise their work.
