Judging Criteria
1. Vision and advocacy:
Clear evidence of a leader’s passion and commitment to mental wellbeing, actively promoting its importance within their organisation and the wider community.
2. Impact:
Tangible outcomes demonstrating positive change in mental health culture, policies, or practices within the organisation and its influence externally.
3. Role modelling:
The leader exemplifies the behaviours and attitudes they advocate for, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe environment.
4. Collaboration and engagement:
Active engagement with stakeholders at different levels, including employees, senior leadership, and external partners, to amplify their mental wellbeing messaging/initiatives.
5. Legacy:
Long-term contributions to embedding mental wellbeing into the DNA of the organisation and creating a sustainable blueprint for others to follow.
