Demonstrated efforts to build an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and connected to the organisation/team.
3. Innovation:
Unique approaches to addressing specific and nuanced challenges faced by communities in the workplace.
4. Collaboration:
Engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including employee groups or advocacy organisations, to strengthen the initiative.
5. Impact on diversity:
Clear outcomes that show the initiative's effectiveness in enhancing the mental wellbeing and inclusion of communities (e.g., through survey data).
6. Sustainability:
Long-term commitment to maintaining and evolving inclusive practices to promote belonging and wellbeing across the organisation.
