MindForward Alliance supports organisations to build mentally healthy workplaces where both people and business thrive.
As a non-profit, we provide impartial expertise, insight and guidance, as well as the latest data to help businesses build more resilient, high-performing teams and sustainable, inclusive cultures.
The evidence for action is clear: companies that prioritise employee wellbeing, and embed it into their workplace strategy, deliver a more resilient, engaged and high-performing workforce and a more productive and profitable business. Experts estimate that investing in holistic employee health can increase economic returns, unlocking up to $11.7 trillion in global economic value.
Yet, mental ill-health is now the most common cause of work-limiting conditions in adults aged 44 and under. More than one in five employees are experiencing symptoms of burnout, making them three times more likely to leave their jobs. With just 21% of employees strongly agreeing that their employer cares about their wellbeing, there is much work still to be done, and a real opportunity for businesses who get it right.
MindForward Alliance partners with organisations, often through our active membership programme . We help businesses to take informed action, through assessing their approach to workplace wellbeing via our workplace assessment and identifying the challenges their people face. We then design targeted, evidence-based action plans that drive measurable impact where it matters most via our expert consultancy. We also offer workplace training that is consistently rated highly by attendees.
Everything that we do is grounded by best practice and is aligned with evidence-based standards. Our approach is nuanced by region, recognising different cultures and stages of maturity.
