Recognising an individual who has successfully engaged and mobilised senior leaders to champion the mental wellbeing agenda within the organisation. Or an individual (such as a Wellbeing Lead, ERG member, HR or early careers professional, or any other employee) who has gone above and beyond to advocate for mental wellbeing, both internally and externally.
Judging Criteria
1. Advocacy and engagement:
Demonstrated success in gaining the support of senior leaders and/or peers by fostering a shared commitment to mental wellbeing across the organisation and beyond.
2. Leadership and initiative:
Evidence of taking proactive steps to design, lead, or implement impactful wellbeing initiatives.
3. Impact beyond role:
Going beyond the traditional responsibilities of their role to drive cultural or systemic change within the organisation and positively influence mental wellbeing outcomes for the business and beyond.
4. Collaboration:
Building meaningful partnerships with teams, departments, or external groups to strengthen the mental wellbeing agenda.
5. Sustainability and legacy:
Ensuring the long-term sustainability of initiatives and leaving a lasting impact on the organisation’s wellbeing culture.
