Judging Criteria

Evidence of tailored training or resources provided to people managers, enhancing their understanding of mental health and their role in fostering a supportive environment.
2. Practical tools:
Implementation of practical frameworks, guidelines, or tools to assist people managers in addressing mental health concerns effectively within their teams.
3. Engagement and empowerment:
Initiatives that empower managers to actively champion mental wellbeing, creating an open and inclusive team culture.
4. Impact:
Demonstrated improvements in team wellbeing, cohesion, or performance, as a result of the initiatives.
5. Scalability and sustainability:
Evidence that the initiative is scalable across other teams or departments and has potential for long-term impact.
