Recognising the development and implementation of a successful, innovative and holistic mental wellbeing strategy at either a local, national, or global level.
Judging Criteria
1. Strategic Framework:
Demonstrated evidence of a clearly defined and comprehensive mental wellbeing strategy, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and/or the employee life cycle.
2. Implementation:
Successful rollout of the strategy with evidence of engagement at multiple and relevant levels of the organisation. Extra points for board level measurements.
3. Impact:
Evidenced improvements in employee wellbeing, productivity, or retention, supported by data, testimonials, or case studies.
4. Scalability:
Adaptability of the strategy for wider implementation, whether on a larger scale, different geographical locations or in diverse cultural contexts.
5. Innovation:
Incorporation of unique or ground-breaking approaches that set the strategy apart from traditional practices, e.g. novel methods or technologies, and introducing fresh perspectives or solutions that set new standards in the field.
6. Sustainability:
Long-term vision and commitment to maintaining the mental wellbeing strategy's effectiveness over time.
