04 Dec 2025 12:00 - 12:50
Starting a career can be an exciting time for you as young professional, full of possibility and growth. But it can also come with its challenges, as we get to grips with living in new places, meeting professional expectations and finding your footing in the workplace.
For some early-career professionals, this transition can be even more complex when managing non-visible conditions, such as neurodivergence and/or being LGBTQ+. All of this can impact wellbeing, and whether you thrive in the job.
We will speak to professionals in their early career who are neurodivergent and LGBTQ+.
