We can deliver our training globally. We are currently expanding our pool of Trainers to enable us to deliver the same high standard of training to your people - in person, and nuanced for the local environment and language.

The Learning Pyramid, developed by the National Training Laboratories of Bethal, Maine, illustrates knowledge retention percentages associated with different training methodologies (see image left).
The first four levels are considered much more passive learning methods, and the lower levels are considered more active and structured approaches to learning. The Learning Pyramid clearly indicates that active participation in delegate learning results in an overall higher retention of knowledge. This extended engagement with the new knowledge creates a deeper level of cognitive processing and furthering of the long-term memorable experience.
