David Shields
Head of Global Strategy
Working closely with the Executive Vice-Chair and Global CEO, David leads the value proposition to global members to support workplace well-being transformation, including relations with our international chapters and partners, membership growth and the development of the Thriving at Work assessment as the definitive benchmark for companies on global mental health and well-being best practice.
David has held global DEI leadership roles in the professional services sector and led the workplace programmes at Stonewall for sexual orientation inclusion, working across sectors. He is especially interested in culture change, measurement and impact.
He lives in London with his partner and enjoys theatre, exhibitions, a good book and time with friends and family.
