Annual Celebration and Thriving at Work Awards 2025

Our  Annual Celebration & Awards 2025, hosted at Clifford Chance in London, brought together members and partners dedicated to advancing workplace mental health.

The evening opened with a warm welcome from Alison Unsted, CEO of MindForward Alliance, followed by a keynote address from Matt Fairclough, Partner at Clifford Chance. Guests were then treated to an inspiring conversation between Poppy Jaman OBE and Brit-nominated singer-songwriter Rumer, where a live performance was woven with reflections on Rumer’s personal journey and musical career. The night continued with the Thriving at Work Awards ceremony, celebrating organisations and individuals championing mentally healthy, inclusive workplaces around the world. The event concluded with a lively networking reception, marking a memorable evening of connection, recognition, and inspiration.
