Research by MindForward Alliance highlights that 51% of employees in the UAE have experienced, or are experiencing, mental health challenges, a figure which is similar to the global average. Stigma remains rife, with 41% of workers reporting that mental health is stigmatised in their workplace. In addition, younger generations appear to be most impacted when it comes to work-related stress - 58% of workers report feeling stressed at work, a figure which rises to 61% amongst Gen Z workers.

With workplace mental wellbeing becoming an increasingly important priority for business success, we will hear from three senior business leaders about their lived experience of mental ill health and how they have worked to address and tackle the stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace.
