Workplace Mental Health Champions Refresher course

Audience:     Qualified Workplace Mental Health Champions

Overview

Just like physical first aid, Workplace Mental Health Champions / Mental Health First Aid training should be kept up to date and it is recommended that refresher training should be undertaken every 3 years (at minimum).

These Refresher courses give attendees the chance to:  

• Renew their skills
• Update their knowledge of mental health support
• Practice applying the framework for conversations
• Discuss difficult scenarios that they have encountered and be coached on how to manage tricky situations
