Training Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Olivia Hartwell is Training Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, working within the training team to support the delivery of workplace mental wellbeing training. Her role involves communicating with clients, coordinating training logistics, reporting on feedback and analysis of impact. She also provides administrative support by developing training materials.
Olivia holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from UCL and has a strong interest in international development, conflict, and humanitarian response, approached through a postcolonial lens. Since graduating, she has worked in the non-profit sector and enjoys using data and software to help organisations demonstrate their impact, stay organised and thrive.
