A cost-effective solution with the benefits of live training delivered in-house by your own people
Through our Train the Trainer programme, we can upskill your own people to become Licensed Instructors to deliver a tailored training course to provide key skills, knowledge and understanding relating to workplace mental health.
We work closely with you to understand your needs and aspirations. We will then create a programme which is completely tailored to the needs of your people and your organisational values, delivering training that meets your specific goals and requirements.
Once your instructors have successfully completed the programme, they will be certificated and approved to deliver the course. Our licence with you can run from 24-48 months, depending on your needs.
Experience has shown us that the sustainability of these programmes is reliant on ongoing support and development of your Instructors and so we can also provide ongoing support and skills development. This gives your Instructors opportunities to ask questions, share best practice and to pick up emerging themes and challenges, as well as providing development opportunities.
